Hi ladies! I own a part-fitness, part-creative studio called Sculpt Studio here on 30A - the most gorgeous beach on Florida (not that I'm biased)! Our workouts are where "fitness meets flow" - it's a combination HIIT workout that's rooted in yoga. Our Creative Studio is where I run my design and marketing business. We also host semi-regular workshops, events and reservations in here.
What I want to get from The Club is...
A better understanding of how to work ON my business, and not in my business. I'd love to have more clarity in the long-term vision, and how to take tangible steps to actually get there. Right now I feel more like a chicken with its head cut off, fighting everyday fires... I would love to get to a point to where I am a bit more zoomed out of the day-to-day, and can understand + scale my company's financials and business goals.
