Embracing the Freedom Formula: A Guide to Living Intentionally by 9-figure CEO, Suneera Madhani

We’ve all experienced feeling like we’re running out of time. Like life is passing us by and, before we know it, we’ve let go of our boundaries, of our goals, and of the north star that should be guiding our journey, whatever that looks like for you.

As we’re stepping into the new year with a fresh perspective, it’s important to reflect on how we can improve our intentionality in 2024. Being intentional with where you spend your energy will single handedly catapult you towards your goals.

Here’s 5 ways you can practice intentionality:

  1. The Freedom Formula

In the hustle for success, I’ve discovered what I call the Freedom Formula. It’s not just about the freedom of time and dollar; it’s also about the freedom of influence. As women, we need to redefine success on our terms, breaking free from societal expectations and embracing our unique journeys.

Start thinking of how your personal goals can align with a bigger purpose, because making a long-lasting impact on the world will fill your cup more than you can imagine.

  1. Rethinking Success

Success is not a one-size-fits-all concept. As I reflect on my last ten years of incredible achievements, I realize that reaching goals doesn’t guarantee fulfillment. Now, I’m in a phase of recalibration, shedding identities and redefining success on my own terms. It’s about finding purpose and meaning at every stage of the journey.

  1. Making Space for What Matters

In the pursuit of success, making intentional choices and saying no to what doesn’t align with your goals is crucial. I’ve spent hours reevaluating my commitments, understanding that some things have to give to make space for new projects, like writing a book. It’s not about perfection; it’s about integration.

  1. The Power of Influence

Influence isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a powerful tool for change. Recognized as one of the most influential women, I’ve shifted my perspective on influence. Influence means to use your voice, to tell your story, and to do it while creating a positive impact. As women, our influence can reshape industries, policies, and the world.

  1. No More Perfection, Yes to Integration

This year, I’m letting go of perfection. Perfection may be out, but integration is in. It’s about being creative, playing, and finding joy in the feminine energy that drives business.

This year, I encourage you to redefine success on your terms. Let’s make intentional choices and create a life that aligns with our truest selves. Because, as I believe, you deserve to have it all.
