Diana Lee on Disrupting the Advertising Industry, Dreaming Bigger, and Setting Your Business Up For Scale

Diana Lee is co-founder and CEO of Constellation Agency, which produces hypertargeted digital advertising for more than 700 auto franchises across the country, for brands including BMW, Audi, Jaguar, and Volks­wagen. Constellation Agency was recently named the 10th Fastest-Growing Female-Led Company in America and 65th overall on the 2020 Inc. 5000 List, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. She was also the recipient of the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ award in 2019. Diana has been recognized as an outstanding producer, coach, trainer and mentor both to peers, other industry leaders and the dealers she serves. During the pandemic, Diana also started a non-profit 501(c)(3) called the Do Good Auto Coalition that helps use underutilized resources like dormant test drive vehicles at dealerships to help transport critical PPE and food supplies to homeless shelters, hospitals, and more.
