Hi!  I'm Katie!  I am a registered dietitian and lactation consultant located in Montana!  I received a master's degree in human nutrition from Arizona State University and have approximately 9 years of clinical experience as a dietitian.  I am the owner of Best Life Simplified, a business dedicated to giving women the tools necessary to succeed in their wellness journey.  I am passionate about making health goals realistic and attainable through research based changes.  I am also passionate about empowering women in their breastfeeding journeys and providing the support necessary to feel connected during the post-partum period.
