I'm Adriana Modersitzki, a Canberra-based resume writer who has worked with some of Australia’s top recruiting firms.  In 2016 I founded Elite Resume Services, and in 2020 we became The Elite Collective.

What started out as little old me, writing resumes at my dining table has blossomed into a boutique career consultancy, offering top-quality job application documents, coaching, courses, and placements into government contracting roles.

Not only that, we also consult with businesses to better present their teams and contractors when bidding for work with Federal government departments.

At Adriana Modersitzki Coaching, I work directly with other resume writers. Sometimes, we build skills together in my online programs. Other times, their technical skills are already banging - so we build confidence instead.
